On-premise services and facilities include:
Data Collection/Field Department: Our field staff manages communications to a national network of over 200 data collection agencies. This includes central location facilities, call centers and off-site/in-store interviewing services. The department is directly responsible for managing all online research projects and securing the shipping of all product test materials.
Survey Programming and Online Survey Hosting: Unlike other companies our size, we have an onsite department dedicated to all programming and hosting needs. This affords us the greatest flexibility in conducting online research, as well as other studies utilizing computer assisted surveying.
24/7 Respondent 800#'s: MVR provides this value added service for all in-home product use studies. If you have another type of study that requires this service, we would be happy to utilize it for you upon request.
Qualitative Viewing Facility: This facility is available solely for MVR clients for projects that require qualitative support or pre-testing.
Data Processing: The data specialists in our highly trained, on-site department allow for maximum flexibility and responsiveness to fulfill any request in the timeframe you need. They provide data and tabulations in a variety of formats as well as a full complement of multivariate analyses.
Graphics Department: Our staff has the capability to incorporate standard and custom 3D elements into your reports and presentations and can provide guidance in the development of concept boards and other study materials.
Production Department: We provide high quality reproduction of questionnaires, reports, research stimuli and other project related materials.
