Gail founded MarketView Research in 1999 after a 20-year industry career. Her vision was to create an organization that offers the breadth of resources found in larger companies with the service and business partnership of a smaller boutique firm. It is Gail’s passion for research, her drive for excellence, and her dedication to client service that are at the core of MarketView’s success today. Her commitment to innovation and emerging technologies continues to drive growth, making MarketView one of the industry’s most successful privately owned research firms.

Shanna began her career with MVRG in 2000 as a project director and quickly assumed roles of greater responsibility and leadership. Offering experience in a wide range of quantitative research methodologies and designs, Shanna works as a thinking partner for each of her clients. Through dedication and commitment to excellence, Shanna has been instrumental in the success and growth of key accounts for MVRG and is a category expert for one of the most established and high-profile accounts.

JOSÉ CORREA

VICE PRESIDENT, TECHNOLOGY DEVELOPMENT AND OPERATIONS

José is a trained engineer, holding several product design patents, including MarketView’s survey research application. Since 1999, José has developed MarketView’s proprietary electronic survey application and has spearheaded MyOpinionNow.com, the company’s online panel. His responsibilities include management of the survey programming staff, development and implementation of the online research platform and IT strategy/architecture.

Lisa began her career with MVRG in 2001 as a project director and quickly proved to be a valuable asset. Across her client base Lisa is considered a respected partner and contributor to their business. Lisa offers experience in a wide range of quantitative research methods encompassing consumer packaged goods, with an expertise in home use tests. Lisa has greatly contributed to the success and growth of key clients for MVRG.

MarketView Research's staff has relied on John's 20+ years of data management experience since 2001. Prior to joining MVR, John was a data services manager at TNS. John not only directs MarketView’s data operations, but also provides guidance on tools and techniques that enhance data analysis. He is well-versed in multivariate statistical techniques and applications, bringing added value to MarketView's project teams and their clients.

Caitlin joined MarketView in 2011 after graduating from New York University’s Stern School of Business with a degree in Marketing and International Business. At MarketView, Caitlin guides customized research projects from start to finish including study design, questionnaire development, multiple modes of fieldwork, and individually tailored reporting. She has worked in partnership with clients in a variety of industries to answer pressing business questions and uncover actionable insights.

Tom joined MarketView in 2002 as a Field Supervisor. He found his way into the programming department in 2004 where he continues to help with the development of MarketView’s online research platform. As Director of Programming since 2018, Tom leads the programming team & develops new features for the survey application. Tom's knowledge of the survey platform, programming ability, & project management have helped build a can-do collaborative culture in the programming team which consistently delivers complex projects on schedule.

Vivian joined MarketView in 2009 following a successful 25 year career in Advertising and Packaging Research. She was instrumental in launching EyeView™ Behavioral Metrics, MarketView's global eye tracking methodology, which objectively measures consumer attention to advertising and packaging in a natural environment. Vivian's research and marketing expertise is gleaned from managing a wide range of projects for many Fortune 500 corporations. Vivian's deep analytical insights and drive for excellence have made her an invaluable research partner to her clients.

Linda began her career as a research associate with the NPD Group. After holding positions of increasing responsibility at other research firms, she joined Marketing Information Systems in 1996 and transitioned to MarketView Research at its inception. Linda has a diverse range of research experience encompassing consumer packaged goods, public service and regulatory research. Linda’s expertise in a wide range of methodologies, coupled with a dedication and passion for providing solutions makes her a valued strategic partner with her clients.

Joanne joined MarketView Research in 2004 after a 25 year career in field operations at Marketing Information Systems. She manages a full-time staff that is dedicated to overseeing the quality control and day-to-day aspects of data collection for all methodologies. Her expertise includes managing relationships with over 200 field organizations as well as overseeing panel management.
